Counselage was also involved in advisory services related to brand seamlessness when Vodfaone Plc entered the Indian Market and in the past has worked for Apollo Hospitals as well. Typically, the brand strategy work involves almost everything : from the manner in which the brands must engage (Counselage re-branded The Taj London property, 51 Buckingham Gate and introduced a slew of customer-engagement tools. It also helped up the ante as far as the luxury quotient in the Indian Taj properties was concerned) as also in optimizing and maximizing revenue streams. For Coca Cola, Counselage has given a slew of ideas from the Spriteometer (the attitude meter for the brand Sprite) to the brand activation ideas for brands such as Thums Up and Coca Cola. Counselage has also advised Governments and created the eminently successful Bhagidari campaign for the Delhi Government which won the UN Role Model Award for Citizen-Government engagement. Counselage also helped the Indian Railways with re-branding and optimizing advertising revenues.
